We operate as Product Manager through one or more of our human resources for both R&D and Retail projects, which involve the creation of a new product or maintaining the lifecycle of an existing one, respectively. This service does involve collection of internal and external customer feedback and drafting operational procedures, brainstorming new ideas to promote improvement, cost management, activities of marketing and sales as well as service management.

We have the know-how to intervene on all stages of the supply chain your organisation may find ineffective, inefficient or non-productive. Through our network we can “inject” a process or subprocess within your supply chain to satisfy your needs of improving productivity, profitability and quality. Such “injection” normally takes three forms: it can be made to promote or amend a process using your existing internal resources (insourcing), it can be made to utilise external resources from AYKO9 and its network (outsourcing) or it can be hybridised - whatever you believe it is best after our consultation. In any case, we take control of such process or of the whole supply chain — if needs be — and of course manage its each and every single stage albeit with whatever degree of reporting and interaction your organisation will desire. This technique applies to both realms of producing tangible goods as well as supplying services within all sectors of the economy.

Particularly useful in those cases where a company owns a main branch in one country and a smaller branch into another country. Whatever the stage of development of the satellite branch, we offer a Single Point of Contact service which comes down to us managing a particular branch on your behalf by respecting your instructions and honouring your decision-making processes. Essentially, this service takes the worry out of having to manage an unknown, unwanted concern such as a satellite branch by imposing a single interface (a person of your indication), which acts as a Branch Manager or Country Manager. This service involves participating in aligning production processes, continuous process improvement initiatives and ensuring corporate identity enforcement as dictated by the mother company. A human resource chosen for this service is typically a multi-faceted, intellectually poly-morphous individual who has various areas of knowledge and business know-how at an easy reach and often has entrepreneurial experience. 

As as a standalone item or as part of a system, we are used to designing MCU-based solutions including the firmware and produce a board with mounted components. We get along with prototyping platforms such as Arduino or Raspberry PI for applications ranging from personal to IoT to Industrial.

Some of us are fluent in a number of programming languages and have worked on SOHO-grade, corporate and industrial applications. We are also familiar with networking protocols and devices, complex LANs and systems engineering tools. We work as an individual or in teams.

We have expertise over hundreds of different PLC-based projects ranging from the smallest, based on one PLC to bigger systems, with several PLCs, distributed I/Os, PROFInet and Web interfaces. We are particularly well versed on interconnecting heterogeneous systems.

Some of us are well versed on ISO-9001 content and quality systems in general. Some of our associates collaborate with a number of companies in the Non-Destructive Testing field. We've delivered a number of System Integration projects in such field using various technologies including Phased Array Ultrasonics.

We provide field presence in the mechanical, electronics and IT arena for system assemblying and testing, handling trouble-calls, ordinary maintenance and so on in a number of industries. We are also well-versed in performing effective training on operators/end users and developing presentations for small and large audiences.
