We monitor and participate in establishing current and new technological trends with an attentive eye towards sales, because we enjoy doing that. We are curious explorers who like to come up with ideas, new things, better ways, individuals who are passionate about engineering and science in general. We come up with clever algorithms, new technologies, technological implementations, innovations. We are committed to reliability and customer satisfaction. We are also able to put together effective presentations, a brilliant sales pitch, attractive designs.

Ayko9 is a communications network, plain and simple. We are not and do not represent headhunters, intermediates or agents. We put this website together as a group of professionals so that it would be easier to be contacted and to keep in touch. It is ultimately your choice how you want to deal with one of our individual members: by means of a direct employment contract for a full time position or by a consultancy agreement. Of course, you can also hire several of us as a group, if needs be.

We use our network and IT facilities to keep in touch and exchange opportunities for work. We utilise instant messaging, social networking and email to keep in touch and to react to an opportunity in a very timely manner. We also use this network to enable our continuous business improvement principle whereby we constantly monitor our processes and work to seek potential improvements. We travel around the globe when required, with no restrictions. For as much as we like communicating, we value confidentiality.

If you choose to hire one of us, you will draft a contract directly with him or her. The network does not get involved and there are no "agency fees" for hiring an individual, from either side. If you choose to work with one or more of us, you choose to work with the people you selected and that will happen in an independent and autonomous way from the network. If you require multiple services that entail the involvement of more than one person but you still want to deal with a single entity, we also offer the possibility to draft up a contract to cover your specific needs.

In case they are not already part of our network, we find experts, gurus, geniuses in a given technology and business arena to meet your requirements. Most of the time these can be sourced directly amongst us and our contacts. We are used to dealing with the most diverse set of duties, all at the same time: for instance, we have people whose primary activity is to engage in sales, in the attempt to expand a specific market, who also from time to time are able to intervene as software and systems experts and field people, in both a theoretical and a hands-on perspective. 

There are no boundaries to our potential and that is why we are able to offer a very broad range of services. Our individual members range from Board Members, C-Level professionals, private entrepreneurs, top managers in the public sector all the way to more hands-on roles.
